Anybody posting code from Fusion 360 for a Haas Mini Mill? I ordered one and it arrives Monday. Hoping to get an all-clear on the Hass post processor, or to learn about any issues, etc. I'd love to hear anybody's experience with the Fusion 360/Haas experience. Thanks, Paul

Fa 2 dies· Overall, the motor capacity an performance is pretty good with this mill making it the best mini mill with feed motor. The table size seems pretty fine to us. It gives a dimension of 15 inches x 3-½ inches and can also travel a decent distance.

On all the other mini mills the dials advance 1/16 inch per revolution. The 0.050-inch per turn is easier to use than the 0.0625-inch per turn of the other mini mills. The Haas website build calculator lists the trt-160 as being a compatible option for the mini mill. The space requirements are also very tight with the mini mill, so it wouldn't be feasible with a bigger machine.

Great model! In the third pic/clip, were you able to tie the motion of the table and spindle to the CAM simulation? If so, how were you able to do that?

4. Start up the Haas Mini Mill. Press the green Power On button on the upper-left corner of the machine's console. Wait for the machine to boot up. This process takes approximately 90 seconds. If an Alarm screen reading "102 SERVOS OFF" appears: Press the big red Reset button. The screen should then say "NO ALARM". 5. Set door-hold override.
